It can be exhausting to work so hard just to function, while the rest of the world seems to navigate life effortlessly. If you find yourself feeling stuck, lying awake replaying interactions, looping through your mistakes, or dreading the idea of facing tomorrow, please know that your exhaustion makes complete sense. You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating a broad range of challenges, particularly anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, informed by my personal experience on the neurodivergent spectrum. I am an EMDR-trained therapist, which can be highly effective for those working through trauma or PTSD. I strive to create an atmosphere where you will feel safe and welcomed, regardless of your background, identity, or beliefs. Whether you are looking to process some deep-seated childhood trauma or just need someone to talk to, I look forward to working together to begin your journey towards healing.
Meaningful therapy begins in an environment where you feel heard and supported. You’re the expert on your life, and I hope to help you discover solutions that work for your world. When we feel heard, respected, and valued, we find the clarity to make lasting, impactful changes in our lives. Growth and healing can be a slow and painful process at times, but I will be there to support you along the way.
I offer counseling on a self-pay, sliding scale. Call, text, or email to schedule your first appointment today. Hablamos Español.
