Therapy is a collaborative experience. Throughout our sessions, we will work together to identify your needs and the approach that's right for you.

While therapy has the ability to address and accomplish many things, I can say with confidence that our sessions will offer you the unique opportunity to share what's on your mind, identify challenges, and learn positive ways to overcome them. In addition to addressing obstacles, we will also take time to celebrate your successes!

Because each person's journey is unique, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to help ensure that your therapy experience aligns with your goals and personality. I most frequently use concepts associated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Perspective. I also sprinkle in a little Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems.

Throughout my many years as a therapist, I have successfully helped clients navigate personal challenges (such as high levels of anxiety, depression, and chronic ‘people pleasing’ behaviors), difficult personal relationships, life transitions, and even just getting to know themselves better (as in answering the question "Why do I act this way?!").

Together, we can pave the way for a future you look forward to.
